In 2016 we changed from in-ground gardening to raised bed gardening, and the increase in productivity has been amazing. We presently have about 240 sq ft of raised bed gardens, which replaced the original 30'x60' (1,800 sq ft) in-ground garden, and we are able to produce more vegetables than before.
